Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Academic Operations team at INTO Qualifications. You’ll be able to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency, bringing strong skills in data handling, reporting and Microsoft Office, alongside the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and centres.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in academic or education administration or operations, with an understanding of assessment processes and confidence using IT systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence in presenting and training.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and centres.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

This is a remote role, but occasional travel within the UK will be required.
