About the Role We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our client services team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who’s looking to grow their skills in SEO, PPC, task and project management, and client communication. You’ll assist in managing day-to-day client tasks, reporting, and data analysis while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Join and take notes during client calls (you won’t lead calls, but you’ll play a key support role)

• Manage and update tasks and deadlines in project management tools

• Support in preparing monthly client reports with campaign data and performance insights

• Assist with SEO analysis and keyword tracking, as well as identifying performance opportunities

• Contribute to research on PPC trends and campaign performance (exposure or basic knowledge is a plus)

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are on track and to ensure strategic campaign initiatives are aligned with client goals

• Perform quality assurance of client campaign tasks

• Stay informed about SEO and SEM best practices and industry updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account support, or project coordination

• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities

• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and project management software

• Exposure to SEO and/or PPC campaigns (you don’t need to be an expert—just eager to learn)

Bonus Points For...

• Experience working in an agency or marketing team setting

• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console

• Understanding of legal marketing or professional services

What to Expect in the Interview Process

2. One Way Interview: Selected candidates will receive a link to answer a short set of questions by video. Please plan to record your responses in your typical work-from-home environment, ensuring it is well-lit and free of distractions.

3. Live Zoom Interview: Candidates who move forward will meet with Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager for a live Zoom interview to discuss experience, role expectations, and team fit.

4. Final Zoom Interview: Candidates who move forward will meet with Sr. Leadership + the assigned Account Manager they would potentially be working with.
