We’re hiring our founding Account Executives: experienced hunters who want to own a territory and help shape how we sell. Why this role Own your territory: build it, work it and grow it A clear path up: hit our production standard within 90 days (or sooner) and the role moves to full time with a full-time comp plan The tools are already built: call lists, a power dialer, a local number, scripts, cadences and a close plan in our ProCall Hub software Paid weekly: $17/hour plus $200 per sale, and a $500 bonus in any month with 5 or more sales What you’ll do Develop a territory of established home services companies Prospect, open and qualify owners and decision makers Book qualified meetings with our Senior Success Manager, then follow every quote through to signature Work a structured 45-day cadence and drip, and never let a lead go cold Share what’s working so we can sharpen the playbook What you bring 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a record of hitting targets Proven experience building and managing a territory or sales pipeline A hunter mindset and relentless, organized follow-through Experience in the trades or selling to home services companies preferred Comfortable in a CRM and on 100+ dials a morning A newer computer, high-speed internet, a USB headset and a quiet workspace To apply: send your resume and a few lines on the best territory you’ve built and what you’d do differently next time.
