In this role, you will leverage our comprehensive printing, signage, fulfillment, and logistics capabilities to build a pipeline of high-value clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts. You will be the face of our company in the field, representing our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer-centric solutions. Primary Purpose Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth, establish Sir Speedy as a trusted print and fulfillment partner, and achieve or exceed annual sales targets.

What You'll Do

Prospect for new customers; identify and qualify high-potential accounts in manufacturing, industrial, commercial and other sectors Conduct in-person sales meetings with prospects and customers (3+ field visits per week) Present printing, large format, and fulfillment solutions that solve customer pain points Build and expand customer relationships; upsell and cross-sell our services Manage your pipeline in our CRM; follow up on quotes within 24 hours What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing, industrial, printing, or logistics preferred) Proven ability to open new accounts and build strong customer relationships Strong communication and consultative selling skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-based structure Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 30% in your territory Working Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent schedule and priority changes. Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors, including driving to meet with customers and prospects. Requires working on the telephone and computer. Professional appearance is essential to represent the company image. May involve occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to a variety of elements in customer facilities.
