Qualifications
Have 3+ years of agency recruiting experience (5+ preferred) Have worked a full desk (business development + recruiting) Are self-motivated and entrepreneurial Want unlimited earning potential Are tired of corporate bureaucracy Want to build a long-term business—not just work another recruiting job Required Skills ✔ Earn 70–80% of every placement fee.
