Oversee the onboarding of new locations and accounts and ensure account information remains accurate across applicable systems. Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly customer reporting, including specialized reports and analysis as requested. Monitor account activity, customer needs, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement, expansion, and increased value. Manage follow-up, deadlines, and commitments to ensure projects and customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
