The Account Manager must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent time management skills, and be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Daily tasks include · Handle all customer inquiries through phone calls and emails. · Enter quotes with freight estimates · Enter orders, acknowledge orders · Monitoring customer orders and accounts to ensure they are processed accurately and arrive in a timely manner. · Create custom drawings · Calling on new and existing customers and growing annual sales in line with company sales plan. · Upsell customers on new products and/or products that complement their current purchase/quote · Work with Outside Sales partners to coordinate leads within your assigned territories Manage a personal pipeline of high-value or key client accounts. · Actively solicit new business and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth Review customer feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities for upselling. · Liaise with production/logistics to ensure customer needs are met regarding delivery and product availability

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years of proven Inside Sales or Customer Service experience. Skills: Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit sales quotas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills. Traits: Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Training: Strong support and training provided.
