Tyrannosaurus Tech is seeking an experienced Account Representative III to manage customer relationships, support account growth, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate customer needs, identify business opportunities, and work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers and business accounts Respond to client inquiries and resolve account-related concerns Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships Prepare account reports, proposals, and customer updates Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams Maintain accurate customer records and account information Monitor account performance and follow up on outstanding issues

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in account management, sales, or customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with CRM software and account reporting tools Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
