Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting systems, and will be comfortable working in an Eastern Time (ET) schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address financial queries

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Experience with ERP accounting systems is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
