Position Overview The Senior Consultant – Testing & Personalization is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing experimentation and personalization programs for enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in Adobe Target with strong consulting and business acumen to deliver customer experience that drives measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who can build and troubleshoot Adobe Target solutions, integrate Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, and collaborate effectively with business, product, analytics, and engineering teams. 🔑 Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and deploy Adobe Target activities including A/B Tests, Experience Targeting (XT), Multivariate Tests (MVT), Auto-Target, Automated Personalization, and Recommendations. · Configure audiences, offers, profile scripts, and targeting rules. · Develop personalized experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. · Troubleshoot implementation, audience qualification, and reporting issues. · Translate business goals into testing strategies, personalization use cases, and measurement plans. · Analyze experiment results and provide actionable optimization recommendations. · Support integrations across Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Web SDK, and Data Collection. · Lead client discussions, gather requirements, and present technical solutions and recommendations. ✅ Required Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in digital experimentation, personalization, or marketing technology. · 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Target implementation experience. · Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools. · Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Collection, and Adobe Web SDK. · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and consulting skills. · Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications · Adobe Target certification. · Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). · Experience with APIs, data layers, CDPs, and agile delivery methodologies. · Familiarity with CRO, experimentation, and personalization best practices. ✅Technical Skills Required · Adobe Target · Adobe Analytics · Adobe Web SDK · Adobe Data Collection · HTML, CSS, JavaScript · A/B & Multivariate Testing · Audience Segmentation · QA & Debugging
