Affiliate Manager | Sweepstakes / USA Project: Sweepstakes (US Market) Work Format: Remote Schedule: 5/2, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Prague time) Salary: Competitive fixed salary + KPI bonuses. The fixed part is discussed individually based on experience, current affiliate base, and results on the US market. Employment: B2B contract, official payments via bank transfer. Income tax is covered separately by the company. English Level: B2+/C1 Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners. Manage and develop your existing network of affiliate partners. Conduct negotiations and agree on partnership terms. Onboard new partners, launch campaigns, and scale traffic. Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid commission models. Analyze the quality and performance of US traffic. Monitor key metrics, including FTDs, deposits, and ROI. Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback integrations. Requirements: Hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes. Recent experience working with US traffic is mandatory: currently active or within the last 3 months. Understanding of the Sweepstakes business model. An active personal network of affiliate partners. Ability to independently source, onboard, and develop affiliate partnerships. Strong understanding of traffic sources and performance metrics. Confident English communication skills for written correspondence, calls, and negotiations. Willingness to work with performance-based KPIs.
