Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Analytics Solution Manager to our team! The Analytics Solution Manager will support and facilitate the delivery of Analytic strategic priorities associated to Navitus. This role will identify value-based business opportunities and areas of improvement. Additionally, the Analytics Solution Manager will identify risks and gaps of submitted projects in the backlog, collaborate with other departments to prioritize projects and provide direction of resource allocation to meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication.• Identify value-based opportunities and areas of improvement for the business customer.• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide guidance as needed.• Identify and recommend process improvements to improve Analytics team efficiency and effectiveness.• Lead, provide subject matter expertise, and support large effort initiatives within Enterprise Initiatives.• Provide the product vision and roadmap to analytics team.• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to refine requirements and maximize value of the product.• Responsible for managing the Analytics product backlog and prioritization based on changing business needs.• Translate business challenges and opportunities into value propositions for data and analytical products.• Evaluate, recommend changes, and coordinate needed changes of team processes based on analysis.• Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years of experience performing analytics, data modeling, data management, or business intelligence support is required.• Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred.• Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred.• Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge is a plus.• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is a plus.• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
