We have a new SOP for BILHPC Per Diem Role for the Virtualist Program Job Description: Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Primary Care is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions with the flexibility to choose your shifts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs: Urgent & Acute Care encounters Behavioral Health visits & follow-ups Chronic Disease Management Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & Annual Exams Transitional Care Management (TCM) EHR Documentation in Epic Schedule & Shift Requirements: Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from home) Monthly Requirement: Minimum of two (2) shifts per calendar month, consisting of: One (1) evening shift OR One (1) weekend shift Additional Availability: Additional shifts may be scheduled based on departmental needs and provider availability. Pay Range: $54.70 - $74.40 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
