Serves as the primary resource for assigned system applications, maintaining a strong understanding of system functionality and business operations. Collaborates regularly with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to assess needs and configure solutions that support organizational goals. Analyzes workflows, business processes, data collection methods, and technical issues related to application use, and is responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of system solutions. Ensures existing and future systems align with established IT infrastructure standards and integrate effectively with other software applications. This position is focused on Epic Healthy Planet. Epic Healthy Planet is Epic’s integrated population‑health management platform, designed to help healthcare organizations identify care gaps, stratify patient risk, coordinate care, and manage value‑based care performance directly within the Epic EHR. It aggregates clinical, claims, and external data to support analytics, outreach, and quality‑measure tracking.
