Duties Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records of all interactions using Microsoft Office tools, including data entry into CRM systems Follow up with leads to confirm scheduled appointments and provide additional information as needed Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with team members to ensure appointment schedules are optimized for efficiency Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients and prospects Analyze client needs during calls to identify opportunities for further engagement or service offerings

Requirements
