Extensive Revit/BIM skills- Skill test will be required Comprehensive knowledge enabling you to develop and prepare construction documents, plans, and details independently; execute red-marked revisions Independently interpret and apply local code and IBC to projects Evaluate and integrate engineering systems and implement code, accessibility, and zoning analyses: preferred. Manage and execute design assignments independently and in a timely manner Ability to review shop drawing and submittals Organize and manage permit documents

Requirements

To join us, you should have: A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline is preferred, but not required 10+ years of experience in detailing all structure types in Revit 10+ years of commercial architecture experience Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit required. Experience in all phases and aspects of a project Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn Collaborative and professional work ethic Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and work samples.
