Several jurisdictions require employers to disclose a "good faith" pay range in job postings, and requirements vary by state and locality. Rather than maintain multiple posting ranges for the same role, BNI applies a single approved range that represents the compensation range the company, in good faith, may pay for the position. This approach promotes compliance, consistency, pay equity, and administrative simplicity across jurisdictions. Pay Transparency Range: $70,000 – 75,000 plus $25,000 incentive plan Physical Demands & Working Conditions Maintains an active field-based presence with approximately 60% travel within the assigned market.
