This can be a fully remote role. Archimedes is hiring a full-time nurse to work with our employer, health system and health plan clients to manage the specialty drug benefit. Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? Deliver telephonic support to identified patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and their staff with primary care or specialist facilities related to specialty drug management. Lead the high touch case management in producing quantifiable, quality results for Archimedes’ programs. Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to goals of program. Develop and strengthen relationships with members, prescribers, pharmacies and other vendors. Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you? RN Preferred 5+ years of work experience in nursing, managed care supporting case management, medical management and/or utilization management. Experience in medical management/billing at a health plan or TPA Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate on the phone Efficient, yet attentive to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking skills with ability to quickly spot issues Quantitative and analytical, yet engaging and personable Independent, proactive, forward-thinking, creative problem solver, results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication skills, self-starter Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL experience is a plus Ability and willingness to be in office up to 5 days a week (standard 3).
