This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside accomplished trial attorneys, contribute to sophisticated litigation matters, and develop the skills needed to become a successful trial lawyer—all within a collaborative, remote-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities : Handle a variety of civil defense litigation matters involving complex legal and factual issues. Participate in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution. Conduct legal research, draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda. Assist with discovery planning, document review, case evaluation, and litigation strategy. Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial. Take and defend depositions, commensurate with experience. Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, experts, and litigation teams to develop effective case strategies. Manage assigned matters independently while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality legal work. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. 2+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in civil defense litigation. Active Arizona Bar license required. California Bar admission is a plus. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to assess complex legal issues and develop practical, strategic solutions. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
