Our client, an intimate apparel & sleepwear manufacturer, is looking for an Associate Designer to join their team in New York! **WFH Flexibility on Friday s What You’ll Do: Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, and silhouettes to support the creative direction. Collaborate with the design team on seasonal development, fittings, and product reviews. Create and manage technical packages, production-ready artwork, colorways, and print specifications. Coordinate with overseas factories on product development, production timelines, and approvals. Support fabric and trim selection, strike-offs, lab dips, and seasonal presentations. Maintain accurate development documentation while managing multiple projects and priorities. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of fashion industry experience, ideally in intimates or sleepwear. A fashion degree is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with off-price and/or club retailers is a plus.
