The Difference You Make: The Associate, Product Development is responsible for executing the strategic product development process focused on bringing new products to the market and enhancing existing products across multiple asset classes and global distribution channels. Handles medium scale project/product ownership. Leads development phase by conducting applicable product research and cost/timeline management. Partners with sourcing team for sample review and factory requirements. Crosses functional project management between Product Management, Inventory Management, Product Designers, Quality Control, Legal and Supply Chain. Serves as internal product expert to assist product management in presenting new products to merchant teams. Curious, creative, and a demonstrated willingness to assemble/disassemble, use, interact with, and understand the inner workings of products.
