Duties and Responsibilities: Defend insurers and corporate clients in catastrophic injury, general liability, premises, and complex casualty cases. Manage the full case lifecycle including investigation, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, discovery, and strategic motions. Work closely with partners on case valuation, strategy, and client counseling. Assume increasing responsibility for files. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active GA bar. 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
