Job DescriptionIf you're an employment litigator who wants meaningful case responsibility and the chance to manage single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution in a fully remote, technology-driven practice built on a people-first, low-ego culture. The role offers a base salary of $140,000–$350,000+ DOE, an uncapped bonus starting at 3% of collected fees and scaling to 5-6% at higher thresholds, and no billable-hour targets. What You'll Bring 5+ years of employment litigation experience, plaintiff or defense side Experience with wage-and-hour/PAGA claims or FEHA/ADA matters Settlement experience, with a clear grasp of settlement amounts and fees Strong negotiation and adversarial litigation skills Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, structured environment; trial experience a plus but not required Active California Bar membership in good standing The Role Manage a docket of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution Draft and review complaints, pleadings, and discovery Handle motion practice, mediations, and settlement negotiations Take and defend depositions Prepare clients and witnesses Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams, tracking deadlines and case progress using firm systems The position is fully remote, and each attorney is supported by a dedicated paralegal and client experience specialist while managing a full caseload.
