Contributors collaborate on consistent standards and manage remote, deadline-driven assignments independently. No prior AI experience is required. Preferred qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission in a US jurisdiction, and at least four years of transactional practice in a law firm or in-house team. Micro1 seeks deep knowledge of commercial terms such as liability limits, indemnification, confidentiality and data protection; accurate contract interpretation, sound judgment and actionable written analysis.
