Job Description:

• Remote Diagnostics: reputed company and interpret hearing assessments using reputed company to determine patient candidacy for reputed company and traditional air conduction systems.

• Treatment & Fitting: Recommend, sell, and remotely reputed company reputed company solutions and high-end air conduction systems, ensuring optimal physiological fit and sound quality.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and longitudinal data within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with local and national clinical resources to support the patient journey and assist in reputed company complex remote procedures.
• Patient Outcomes: Deliver exceptional clinical care and reputed company troubleshooting to ensure high patient satisfaction and minimize device returns.

Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters Degree in Audiology.

• Telehealth Savvy: Proven experience with remote programming, telehealth platforms, and digital patient management.
