Below The Line Talent Agent

Remote · Italy Full-time

Company Description

Above Below The Line (ABL) Agency is dedicated to serving Film and TV crew members at every level and budget, ensuring equitable representation and support across the industry. The agency focuses on building long-term careers for behind-the-camera talent, rather than offering temporary placements. ABL fosters a connected community where professionals can collaborate, grow, and support one another over time. The team is committed to maintaining inclusive, accessible services that empower crew to thrive in a changing entertainment landscape. Role Description The Below The Line Talent Agent is a contract, remote role responsible for representing and supporting Film and TV crew talent. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and onboarding new below-the-line talent, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and matching crew with appropriate production opportunities. The agent will communicate regularly with production companies and decision-makers, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and ensure clear, timely updates for both talent and clients. Responsibilities also include managing casting and placement processes for below-the-line roles, tracking project status, and collaborating with the broader ABL team to strengthen the agency’s community and market presence.

Proficiency in Sales and relationship-building to develop new client leads and sustain ongoing collaborations. Knowledge of Film and TV production workflows and crew positions; prior agency or production experience is mandatory. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Comfort with digital tools and CRM or talent databases for tracking contacts, submissions, and bookings. Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and supporting diverse talent at all levels.
