This is a role for someone who already understands how to move a conversation toward a confident decision and close it cleanly. The people you speak with requested information first, so your focus is quality guidance and follow-through. We want a professional who takes pride in doing the work well, not someone looking for an easy paycheck. If you avoid the phone or need hand-holding, this is not the fit. In return you get warm leads, real training, and steady support, and pay is performance based, so what you earn grows with the enrollments you complete. Top advisors earn well above the midpoint.

Advise households on benefit options and help them enroll Compare plans clearly so each person understands the trade-offs Close each enrollment cleanly while the household is on the line Keep your pipeline and notes disciplined and current Follow up consistently until each decision is made Hit the weekly goals you set with your team lead
