This is a remote position. Pay range: $18.50/hr Job Responsibilities Schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party Translate conversation and documents in English from a foreign language Answer all inbound calls and complete required outbound phone calls, emails, or chats in an attentive and professional manner Answering patient inquiries, translate patient/company needs, and solve patient issues Resolve customer support problems Take ownership over call quality, utilizing reference materials and tools, scripting, etc. to ensure positive outcomes Job Qualifications At least one year of customer service or call center experience Bilingual in Spanish Adequate typing skills (30+ wpm) Demonstrated experience with Windows Ability to work a flexible schedule In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
