Bilingual Customer Service Representative -- Portuguese/English We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position supporting our operations in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts . The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate professionally in both Portuguese and English .

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer service by phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Communicate professionally with customers in both Portuguese and English. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about company services. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, services, projects, and pending requests. Schedule and confirm appointments as needed. Accurately record and update customer information in company systems. Communicate customer requests and concerns to the appropriate departments. Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution. Manage multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members. Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Fluent Portuguese. Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment . Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented when handling challenging or time-sensitive situations. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive. Comfortable using computers, email, messaging platforms, and company systems. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or a related role. Experience working in a bilingual Portuguese/English environment. Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
