In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues. Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI model training processes. Ensure adherence to cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios. Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that guide ongoing AI development.

Preferred Qualifications

Completed Ph.D in Psychology or MD with completed psychiatry residency. Native proficiency in at least one of: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats. Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry. Strong analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data and narrative content. Awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in global mental health contexts. Previous experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus.
