GovCIO is currently hiring for a Billing Intern to support the Billing group with overflow activities. This is intended to provide some experience in a remote office setting for H/S gradute. The Billing intern will have an opportnity to work on a variety of assignments, including learning Costpoint, billing FFP & T&M projects, and pulling backup for T&M Billings. This position will be fully remote position reporting to the Billing Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop a working knowledge of the billing process Learn how to navigate the accounting system of record (Costpoint) as well as various Sharepoint sites Collaborate with the billing team as well as finance and contracts to complete assiged projects

Required Skills and Experience Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing an associates's degree or higher Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident - Able to work up to 15 hours/week Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to excellence Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to interact and work with individuals from various backgrounds at all levels of the organization Posted Salary Range USD $21.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
