Responsibilities include: Identifying and reporting payor issues to leadershipReading, interpreting, and applying complex payor contract language to calculate expected reimbursementPursuing payments owed to the organizationConducting account collection activities using internet resources and professional telephone communicationDrafting professional written correspondence with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent2 years of experienceEPIC experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programsProficiency in sending paper claims, paper appeals and refund requestsCandidate Screening QuestionsDo you have hospital billing and collections experience?
