This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $22.50-$25.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Prepare and update invoices using approved order information. - Check records for missing details and route discrepancies for review. - Coordinate with customer service and fulfillment to confirm documentation for billing. What will help you succeed - Careful numerical work and discretion with customer information. - You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
