The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD drafting, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings and models. Candidates located near reputed company, Arizona are preferred to support regional project coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical documentation.
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized file structures.
• Assist with coordination between disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with project teams as required.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on projects in the Southwest U.S. (especially Arizona).
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Experience with additional tools such as Navisworks, Civil 3D, or reputed company.
• Knowledge of MEP or structural drafting is a plus.
