• Manage bookkeeping for the company
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients

Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Experience in setting up payroll for US-based companies
• Experience working with California-based companies (preferred)
• Experience establishing accounting or bookkeeping processes from scratch (preferred)
• Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication
