Role Description The Brand Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and evolving the firm’s overall brand vision and strategy across all markets. This role oversees brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing brand marketing campaigns, guiding market planning initiatives, and using market research to inform strategic decisions. The Brand Director will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing teams, and external partners to strengthen brand recognition, support client acquisition and retention, and maintain a unified presence across digital and offline channels. The role also includes monitoring brand performance metrics, optimizing initiatives based on data, and safeguarding brand integrity in all communications.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management, with the ability to define and maintain a clear, differentiated market position. Experience in Market Planning and Brand Marketing to design and implement integrated campaigns that support business objectives. Proficiency in Market Research to analyze client needs, competitive landscapes, and trends that inform brand and marketing decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams. Background in professional services, real estate, or legal sectors is an asset, along with familiarity with client-centric service models. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced education or relevant certifications are beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use data-driven insights to improve brand performance.
