• The Brand Manager leads day-to-day management of a key brand portfolio.

• Drives marketing strategies supporting business growth through brand development and innovation.

• Be the point of contact for snack brands, bringing strategic and creative thinking.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, KPIs, and budget allocation.
• Lead innovation pipeline development and product execution through Stage Gate.
• Business owner with thorough understanding of business dynamics.
• Team player with collaborative “We” vs. “Me” mentality.
• Self-starter who identifies needs and holds self accountable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of classic CPG Brand Management experience; Food or Beverage experience preferred.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen and analytical abilities.
