The Business Analyst is an individual with current expertise in CorVel’s Care Management or claims management system and related product lines. As a member of the Business Operations Team the candidate will be asked to utilize expertise in a particular product line, but not be limited to projects in that particular area, and frequently collaborate with various subject-matter experts. The position requires excellent listening and problem-solving attributes in addition to effective communication skills. The ability to evaluate alternative options and make decisions is a necessary attribute. The position requires the individual to work in conjunction with CorVel management and field operations to develop consistent enterprise-wide workflow processes. The candidate will translate the consistent workflow processes into business requirements that can be developed into software applications through daily collaboration with the CorVel development team.
