Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to define project scope and objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder feedback and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and improve processes.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Review project performance and identify improvements for future initiatives.

Training and Placement Support

• Placement assistance, mentorship, and workshops focused on entry-level Business Analyst roles.
• Domain preparation, hands-on project experience, and interview preparation for entry-level Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles.
• Applicants with no prior IT experience may apply; programming knowledge is not required.
