About the Opportunity: The BUSINESS BANKING PORTFOLIO MANAGER role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate setup of accounts and services for business banking clients. This position acts as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. The role contributes to the organization by managing client onboarding processes, supporting cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining high standards of customer service, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Coordinate account and service setup for new and existing business clients. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues. Serve as a resource for branch network regarding account setup questions. Manage ACH filter setups, internal transfers, service requests, and stop payments. Handle forged or altered checks and unauthorized debit claims. Prepare and securely send account verification letters and statements. Facilitate secure document delivery using electronic tools. Manage business and deposit services including operating instructions and addendums. Review transactions and coordinate corrections with deposit operations. Notify clients of issues such as voided mobile deposits and provide guidance. Participate in relevant compliance training and ensure adherence to BSA/AML policies. Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least three years of retail banking sales and customer service experience. Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and relevant regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills with ability to learn various technology platforms. Physical ability to perform essential job functions including sitting for extended periods and manual dexterity.
