Someone who opens doors, sparks conversations, and brings the right opportunities our way. Not cold selling. This is relationships, spotting opportunities, and matching them with bold, creative work.

• Well-connected in the creative, advertising, and branding scene

• Confident pitching ideas and building trust with clients

• Proactive, independent, and excited to help us grow

• You enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and finding win-win opportunities

• Flexible to travel within Europe/US to connect with new clients and develop leads

• "Relationships" means a scraped list and a sequence tool

• You'd rather chase cold leads than work your network
