Job Title: Business Development Associate Position Type: Full-time Location: Remote Overview Applied Technical Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support business development activities in our Builder Warranty service line through outbound outreach, prospecting, lead qualification. This role focuses on pipeline generation, client engagement, data-driven follow up rather than territory management, outside sales, direct closing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
