You do not need a specific background to do this work well. What you bring from previous roles, whatever they were, translates here: Comfort speaking with people you have not met before The habit of following through when you say you will do something Ability to stay organized when managing several conversations at once Willingness to learn a new subject and ask questions until it makes sense As a Business Development Associate, your day is built around connecting with potential clients, learning what they need, and helping them take a next step toward meeting with a licensed agent. You manage outreach from provided leads, track each conversation, and keep your pipeline moving forward. Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential. Training covers the products, the systems, and the approach. No prior insurance knowledge is expected. You work remotely, full-time, supported by a team that is available throughout your day. If you are organized, willing to learn, and ready to put in consistent effort, apply to start the conversation.
