Compensation

US$50 per qualified meeting that takes place. Cancelled meetings and no-shows do not qualify. An additional US$1,000 per new client you originate, regardless of deal size, after the service agreement is signed and the first qualifying payment is received. No earnings cap. This is a commission-only contractor engagement with no base salary, hourly pay, employee benefits, or guaranteed earnings. Contractors are responsible for their taxes. What you’ll do Identify and engage prospective business customers. Understand their IT and cybersecurity needs and connect them with the appropriate FSI services. Arrange meetings with decision makers or people involved in evaluating providers. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate opportunity records. Give FSI a clear handoff so we can move the conversation forward. You decide which prospecting methods suit your strengths, including calling, email, networking, and local introductions. Who we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B prospecting and appointment setting. Professional communication and the ability to earn a business owner’s attention. Strong judgment, reliable follow-up, and accurate recordkeeping. The ability to work independently and generate your own opportunities. Experience selling IT, cybersecurity, or other professional services is helpful. Interested?
