Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the P&C insurance sector. Leverage existing industry relationships to generate leads and introductions. Arrange meetings with carriers, MGAs, brokers, and Insurtech companies. Present RIIM's consulting, technology, and talent solutions to prospective clients. Support proposal discussions and sales pursuits. Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide regular updates. Represent RIIM at industry networking events and conferences.

Requirements

Proven experience in P&C insurance business development, sales, or consulting. Strong network across carriers, MGAs, brokers, or Insurtech firms. Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing client engagements. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Ideal Candidate Established relationships within the U.S. P&C insurance market. Ability to open doors with decision-makers and influence buying discussions. Experience selling consulting, technology, staffing, or insurance-related services.
