About iBuyFlowers iBuyFlowers is an online B2B flower marketplace connecting growers with florists and wedding and event professionals across the United States. We combine farm-direct sourcing and a broad assortment with easy online ordering and personal commercial support. The role You’ll own your acquisition pipeline, converting registered guest accounts into first-time buyers and winning new customers through outbound prospecting. This is a high-volume outbound calling role. The expectation is an average of 300+ logged activities per week (calls and follow-ups) in HubSpot. Most of every day is spent on the phone, building your outbound pipeline through cold calling and a book of pre-qualified cold leads. Alongside closing business, you’ll improve our playbook, share what works and help prepare training materials for future colleagues. You’ll report to our Commercial Team Lead / Sales Manager. What you’ll do Convert inbound leads and win new customers across retail, wedding and event florists. Qualify prospects and prioritize opportunities by buying needs and commercial potential. Own higher-value opportunities from first conversation through to consistent buying. Keep HubSpot records accurate, with clear next steps and reliable pipeline updates. Coordinate smooth handoffs to onboarding and Account Management. Improve outreach, objection handling and the BD playbook, sharing insights on what converts. Success means new customers, new-account revenue, stronger conversion and consistent, disciplined outreach. What you bring 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience. Floral industry experience is required. A track record of independently managing opportunities and converting prospects into customers. High energy and proven comfort with high-volume cold calling and persistent follow-up. Strong commercial judgment, organization and CRM discipline. An interest in sharing your knowledge and growing toward team leadership. What we offer Annual base salary of 65,000–75,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure to be finalized.
