CCPayment is a global crypto payment gateway that provides crypto checkout, payment collection, wallet infrastructure, settlement and payout solutions for merchants and Web3 businesses worldwide. We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Partner with relevant industry connections to help expand our global merchant and partner network.

Responsibilities

Identify and introduce prospective merchants or partners with crypto payment, USDT collection, settlement or payout needs. Build relationships across fintech, payments, Web3, iGaming, Forex/CFD, cross-border e-commerce, SaaS and related sectors. Support initial business discussions and help prospects understand CCPayment’s products and onboarding process. Maintain long-term relationships with referred merchants and partners. Work closely with CCPayment’s BD team to develop suitable cooperation opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales or account management. Existing industry connections in payments, fintech, crypto, iGaming, Forex/CFD, e-commerce or SaaS are highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote and international environment. Professional English communication skills. Cooperation & Incentives This is a remote, performance-based freelance partnership. Compensation is tied to successful merchant referrals and sustained merchant activity on the CCPayment platform. Eligible referrals may generate recurring commission opportunities over a long-term cooperation period, rather than a one-off introduction fee. The detailed cooperation model, qualification criteria and commission mechanism will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
