Programs are managed at a single site under one quality system and master services agreement, ensuring clear accountability and consistent quality. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Business Development Professionals. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research in biologics development and manufacturing, and generating leads across target biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, presenting Zylidac’s integrated service offerings, coordinating follow-up meetings, and supporting proposal development and contract discussions. The role also requires close collaboration with internal technical and operations teams to align client needs with Zylidac’s capabilities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide timely customer service to support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and interpret complex technical and commercial information. Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and effective stakeholder engagement. Lead generation and prospecting skills, with experience identifying decision-makers, nurturing opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline. Market research skills to analyze competitive landscapes, segment target markets, and develop data-driven business development strategies. Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and delivering a positive client experience. Experience in biopharma, CDMO, or biologics manufacturing business development or sales is highly beneficial. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM and productivity tools. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent industry experience is an advantage.
