Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the United States. Generate qualified leads for multidisciplinary engineering and technical services. Build relationships with engineering firms, EPC contractors, manufacturers, construction companies, and industrial clients. Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and professional networking. Schedule client meetings and present GYT Engineering's capabilities. Coordinate with technical teams to develop proposals and quotations. Manage client relationships and support negotiations and project acquisition. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports. Candidate Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience selling engineering, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or technical services preferred. Understanding of the US engineering and industrial market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Existing industry connections are an advantage. Must be based in the United States.
