Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with preferred experience in recruiting or employment agencies and a background in cold calling. A proven track record in sales, account management, or related fields is essential, along with a solid understanding of the energy and transportation sectors. The ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively are also required. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home, an 8-hour shift, and supplemental pay through commission and performance bonuses.
